Biography: |
A management graduate from Purdue University, Rick
began his career at Management Recruiters International (MRI) as a
Senior Research Analyst back in 1996, which very quickly grew into
the role of a Senior Executive Recruiter.
Three years into the business, realizing his natural
ability to train and teach, Rick worked with MRI Corporate in a
Consulting role to new Franchise owners joining the business.
In 1999, Rick founded e-Search Logistics, an
internationally renowned e-learning and media marketing
organization for the recruiting industry.
Rick's savvy assessment skills in management and recruiting
have enabled him to become Co-Founder of Sterling Partners.
By focusing his attention on operational and technical
leadership, Rick is responsible for training, IT development, and
daily operational strategy.
